Where did i leave off...oh yeah all of July!
I know I know ..... its been one month since i posted a word so today is the day that i try and make up a bit! Hey its summer give me a break!
4th of July was more fun than i would have expected with out having any plans made at all. Kacy Brie and I did the fam thing and just hung out all day! We started with the bigfork parade which was amazing! I had heard good things about it but didnt think it was going to be so much fun! It was really just old fashioned good family fun! food booths up and down the streets of bigfork, all the fun stores were open, and fun little things for brie like face painting and balloon animals and lil flags to wave around. And all of that was just the entertainment before the parade started! It was a hot day so it was fun that the people on the parade floats threw otter pops and beach balls to the crowd instead of all melty sticky candy. We spent the rest of the day down on the lake, having lunch, and cooling off at the tiki bar. We went to Kacys friends house for a BBQ and brie loved floating in his pool and doing fireworks. We went to whitefish for the firwork show which was really cool but short, by the time we were headed home it was late late and brie was asleeep so we didnt have time to finish all of the fireworks we bough ( they are still in the bag in my car) All in all for no longer having a house on flathead or a boat to go out on we made the best of the day and had tons of fun with our baby girl!
Some other fun stuff we have been doing through the month are bonfires, boating, and getting old couples night going again! We had a great time this weekend floating down the swan river too!
